Forest County offers many outdoor recreation opportunities. The County owns 11,578 acres which the Forestry Department maintains for sustainable timber harvests, recreation and wildlife. There are 2 designated cross-country ski trails, 3 ATV trails, 400 miles of snowmobile trail, 80 miles of maintained logging roads for hunters, hikers, bikers, berry pickers and any other outdoor enthusiasts. |
